Available in Eight Models - Five Filter Types and Two Sizes
The Austin Healthmate Air Purifiers come in two sizes, Standard and Junior. All models contain True HEPA filters for the removal of particles down to .3 microns in size and a generous amount of carbon for the removal of odors and chemicals. The difference between models is size (Standard or Junior) and the particular blend of carbon. These models are designed for safe, quiet operation.

| Austin Allergy Machine with HEGA filter
|
This model is similar to the original Austin HealthMate, but with a different design of the carbon filter. The HEGA filter was invented by the British military to combat chemical attacks.
This HEGA version contains the same superior HEPA filter as the standard Healthmate, but the carbon component has been redesigned to utilize a dustless carbon cloth. The newer technology provides a greater surface area of carbon and should last even longer than the original model even though it weights less.

| Austin HealthMate Pet Machine

The Pet Machine was specifically designed for pet owners. This is the best model for people who wish to control airborne dust and dander and who are bothered by many pet odors that linger in the air.
Specifications are identical to the standard HealthMate, except for special design of carbon filter to give higher effectiveness in removal pet odors. Like the other Austin models, this includes a true HEPA filter to trap airborne dust and dander.

|
Specifications are identical to the standard HealthMate, except for additional filter treatment to give higher effectiveness rating in removal of the formaldehyde family and ammonia. The Plus is an excellent choice for individuals with acute allergic sensitivities.
This is the best model for people with Multiple Chemical Sensitivities and for environments containing greater amounts of chemical contaminants than usually found at home.

| The National Sleep Foundation Bedroom Machine
|
Specifications are identical to the standard HealthMate, except that it contains the military-cloth carbon that is found in the Allergy Machine in addition to the fifteen pounds of granulated carbon found in the Healthmate..This five-stage air cleaner is recommended for use in bedrooms to remove irritants that can negatively impact the ability to sleep.
