The Blueair 403 is based on the original Blueair air purifier first tested at the prestigious Karolinska University Hospital in Stockholm over a decade ago.
This model is ideal for a large bedroom or medium size family living area. Blueair's Swedish design is not only attractive but built to last. Their durable units are made of galvanized steel and are powder coated for durability and environmental protection that produces no chemical off-gassing. The air purifier housing is easy to clean, and won't pick up grime and oily stains the way plastic may.
This is a completely manual unit. The user simply selects the optimal operating speed using the control knob on the unit itself.
